3pm GMT is 11pm Singapore Time tonight.
I googled 3pm GMT and use the time converter to convert to Singapore timing (GMT +8).
Last order tonight 8pm.
Payment must be in by 8.30pm.
Will order by 9pm.
Weight limited to 60 pounds, which is roughly 24kg.
Cap is USD250 to prevent incurring GST. Will definitely not go over 10kg in that case.
