It's time I ask someone HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT

With so many people talking about weight loss, I'm wondering if someone could help me with my long time frustration of gaining weight. I know soooo many things about how to loose weight but what I really need to know is how to gain weight. I'm as heavy as I was five years ago and I really want to add a few pounds to my skinny body. It's not sexy. It's creepy.

well.. last thing you'd want to be doing is to binge eat, frequent macs n kfc, and sleep all day.

If you're eating well balanced, sensible portions and taking in your recommended calories/nutrients per day, then I guess you'll be fine.
Maybe exercising more will increase your weight?

How heavy do you want to be? You have trouble walking when it is windy?

This is not a girl's problem but a boy's problem too...

Just eat more calories that you are taking everyday.
Track your calories using the iDAT app on iphone.

How much can you eat? If you can eat more, consume more carbohydrates I guess, if you can't, I heard chocolate carries more calories.

The fastest way is to control your calories and use a lot of resistance training plus cardio.

The lazy way is to eat whatever you want and use up all your calories using resistance training and cardio.

No matter what, resistance training and cardio is the key.

It's not rocket science, just have a lot of endurance, patience and motivation.

hihi, besides eating more wholesome foods along with resistence/weight training, i have a way to help u gain weight in terms of lean muscle and improve overall health at the same time esp if eating more does not help for u.
