personally i thought Ma Maison at clarke quay at central atmoshpere was rather romantic.

I nv heard of partly submerged restaurant although it look special to mi, but i dont like the idea of soaking my legs in it.. lols..
For me, I enjoy a romantic dinner at Jackplace located at marina square.. They have very dim lighting and nice environment. and they always keep their standard in terms of food and service..

have u guys tried Paulaner Brauhaus at Millenia Walk which serves German food..
prices are affordable too...
first floor have live band and is more for chill out..
their second floor is quite romantic which dim lightings and their services are very good.
u can even ask them to recommend u food/wine to go with..

Flutes at the Fort is quite romantic leh..
I like the ambience there a lot... Might want to try getting a table indoors if you are scared of the heat outdoors.
Not to mention their servers are well-trained(very important!)

This place, where i proposed to my gf, ambience is nice, arabian middle east setting, smoke a sheesha too.
