Try the Jewel Box at Mt. Faber. They have nice restaurants there: sapphire, black opal, emerald lodge, moonstone and empress jade. They serve western, intercontinental and chinese cuisine. Ambience is really good since its located on top of the hill!
Must watch their Jewel Box Christmas light show & snow show starting on Nov 6 until end of the year. They have a 61-metre Christmas tree, a diamond winter tree and a snow show. Sounds interesting!

Jewel Box has a nice feel to it, especially during Christmas, with the drifting snow... it lends a romantic feel to the whole ambience..... check out this list that I found in the Today's Motherhood portal. It covers some of the places that are mentioned here. Cheers!

Royal copenhagen tea lounge at takashimaya
My secret garden along middle road
Prive at marina keppel bay (for drink)
Villa Bali at alexandra road (midnight snack)
I have heard much rave about jewel box but i have not dine in any of the restaurants yet. Hope i have a chance to visit one soon.

I miss and like the special chicken wings with gutton rice but no longer selling there... But the senior chief is nice to cook for me
The senior chief recommended me on the beef cheek and salmon fish with nuts. Mmm... Delicious! U can ask for the chief recommend on food. Sometime they have different food on different week... Do call to ask.
I personally called the senior chief. He had reserved for me the most romantic area and had a warm welcome and a brief intro on the place from the senior chief and the manager... Hehe...
Even the waiter served me and my bf SUPER carefully and politely... Hehe... Maybe manager was there talking to us...
I feel a bit shy and baisi when the senior chief had to wait for me to arrive.
