Tourist Spots in Singapore

I would like to take a one day trip. Could anyone suggest me the best picnic spot in Singapore?

If you want a good picnic spot, here are a few places:

- Marina Barrage
- East Coast Park
- Hort Park (heard that they have monkeys in certain area, so you gotta be cautious)
- Sentosa Beach
- Botanic Gardens
- West Coast Park
- Bishan Park
- Pasir Ris Park
- Bukit Timah Nature Reserve or MacRitchie Reservoir Park (this depends on what kind of picnic you want)

Hope this helps!

Re: Tourist Spots in Singapore

You can travel to the southern islands - St. John Island or Kusu Island. I prefer Kusu Island as the beach is beautiful, and there are many (abandoned) turtles to look at! There are also plenty of tables available, suitable for picnics. You can take a ferry there from Marina South Pier.
