Yishun 400+ Chicken Rice Stall. 
I was going to buy lunch and i saw the chicken rice uncle, use towel wipe his face, and then knn...he never wash hand then go take the rice and chicken without glove. wtf sia... i ate the chicken rice, because buy already what. throw wasted... i swear i won't buy from there anymore....
and last time my mother got tell me the chicken rice auntie, take cucumber without washing her hands after handling money... =.= my mother call me don't go there buy, buy i always go there buy, because the rice and chicken many...
then just now, when i was eating.. knn... the rice not clean one.. i saw 1 small tiny green fibre in the rice... btw the chicken rice stall was given the grade C... and btw the whole coffeeshop stall all C... =.=
below is the picture of the chicken rice...
it's messy... he just anyhow throw the rice and chicken in the packet...

Sometimes, I see some store holders wore gloves but they handle money with the gloves.

I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant encounter, but i can't seem to detect the tiny green fibre in the rice. And since you realised how unclean the stall is, do not ever patronise it again.
Usually when i see a C grading, i will think twice before buying from the stall.
