Verbal Harassment - can include such things as: - Referring to someone's race, religion, sex, disability, age, or other characteristic protected by law in negative, vulgar, or derogatory terms
- Put-down jokes or stories
- Making comments that include statements about inappropriate stereotypical ideas, attributes, or characteristics of others
So yes, it's probably verbal harassment. But then as many have said, even if you do make a police report, they will likely not bother much with it. At most a warning will be given, which will make things worse as those people will target you even more.
Best is to ignore, and try to think of it as a compliment bah.
