This bunch of idiot really need someone to give them a lesson, you should charge them for assault. Get them to jail give lesson to others no to bully consumer like us. Cheating is also an offence, why the shop is still operating even though lots of bad cheating news from consumer. What the authority is doing?
Recently I also read in the newspaper about a lady got charge for $2600 for PSP also at SLS, i read this in this forum also 2 weeks ago. This is getting ridiculous. I think everyone should avoid that place, that should be the last resort..............

I'm not sure if it's the same shop.
The shop I had a bad experience is the one which u can see when u got up from level 1 to level 2 through the escalator.
He threatened to beat us.
