Weight loss, question.

I am loosing weight and i have lost 2 pound in 2 months, to much slowly but healthy, and effective, anyways i was wondering about how much weight or pounds do i have to loose to see results, i know its different for everyone.So any expert and professional person who have better knowledge so please share here.

I am shedding weight and i have missing 2 lb in 2 several weeks, to much gradually but healthier, and efficient, anyways i was thinking about how much bodyweight or weight do i have to reduce to see outcomes, i know its different for everyone.So any expert and expert individual who have better understanding so please discuss here.Long Term Care

It is better to lose the weight slowly and effectively through the natural diet and regular exercise rather than fast weight loss through diet pills or weight loss steroids, which may cause some serious side effects for the health.
You should carry one your efforts for the weight loss.

Make good sure you have at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week and go for jogging better. Good for losing weight and helps your cardio

For an example if your height is 164cm then your correct weight should be exactly 64 kg( 60 to 64 is good). It is calculated on the basis of height. If your height is 150cm then the exact weight should be 50kg or between 48 and 50kg.
