Weight training to loss weight

I am someone who believe that to loss weight, you need to do both aerobic cardiovasular exercises and weight training to loss weight and stay healthy. I believe one cannot do without the others. Now in this articles i am talk about the advantages of weight training and in lossing weight. These days there are a lot of TV and computer coach potato, that any unburned calories get stored up as fat in our body. So sadly obesity become part of the modern lifestyle.

That is where exercise with weight training will come in. First let me ask you a question? Have you ever see a bodybuilder with a lot of fat in their body. The answer is no. This is because their weight training regimen that build muscle mass also burn store fat and calories. It is a known fact that the more muscles you have, the higher your metabolism rate. When your metabolism rate is higher, your body will burn more calories and fat.

Now please understand, you donít have to be a bodybuilder to lose fat. However you need a weight training regimen that not only give you a trim and lean body, but it also help you to burn more fat more efficiently. The point is, hard and tough weight training, stress your body, to a point that your body is force to repair them immediately. This repair actions, will need a large amount of energy from stored fat in your body. And the good thing is, this repair process continue even after your workout. You will continue to burn fat even when you are sleeping. That the advantages of weight training. The afterburn effect stress even when you are asleep. Of course to be effective in fat burning, you still need to do aerobic exercise too, which i will cover in greater details in my next articles. Not forgetting you need a have a good sensible diet plan too to support your weight training program. You need a diet with a fair amount of carbohydrates to support your weight lifting activities.

So to loss weight , start weight training today. Remember you donít need to be a bodybuilders to enjoy weight training. Start weight training maybe 2 to 3 times a week and you will see the effect in the long run.

Ya its true exercise is must to weight loss but with that diet is also an impotant factor to take into consideration.

Yes we need to watch our diet too. Even if we exercise a lot, but we eat rubbish, also no use

I totally agree with you. So many people keep thinking as long as they go for 3 running sessions a day, they're guaranteed to lose weight. They don't consider other factors that may affect their progress and eventually start to blame their genetics for not seeing any results.

Yee. One of the first thing we need to cut is soft drinks. Like Coke. It is full of sugar. It will make you fat
