To add on, at the title of the thread, please include the following prefix in red as a guide.

The words in black is the explaination for the abbreviation.

WTB: Want to Buy
WTS: Want to Sell
WTR: Want to Rent
MWTS: May Want to Sell (Usually for people testing market response before putting up for sale)
