Anybody out there knows wat's a marriage? Sometimes really feel great to be married. But also alot times feel very disappointed in marriage...especially the hubby is those quiet and insensitive type.. Got no one to pour in the sorrows when you need some one to give you advise. Sometimes also feels that how come 2 persons that think so differently and be together....  |

i have never been married so i cant claim to know how it is like...
However i believe that when u marry someone u love, its because u wanna share e rest of ur life with him thru thick or thin. Yes the married life may get frustrating, tiring and make u wonder why u wan marriage but instead of dwelling on the negative aspects...give thanks and appreciate the good things that u have experienced in ur marriage - someone to hold, kids to love, a family of ur own etc..
Even if ur hubby is silent or quiet type, that does not mean u shouldn't communicate with him ahz. Try to share ur day with him everyday and encourage him to do the same. Plan time to do activities tog lor..

I think marriage is just for legal purposes, though it used to be more sacred because there was no such thing called "divorce".
Living together is good enough for me, I think.
When there is a problem, I don't think it's marriage's fault, the problem will still exist if you weren't married. I think, I'm not married, I don't know lol.

my mind is confuse oso leh. many things we see so differently. those things that I got annoyed he will just laugh it off making me feeling so stupid.Imagine when u are at the point of anger,he will jus laugh at you remarking why I am complaining. He never really listen to my side of the story , he jus hear those remarks that I passed over the phone then concluded that I am so petty and silly. 
Alot of times he's like that already..so I also slowly dun wan to confide in him liao.I feel that instead of getting a listen ear, I got belittled by my own hubby.  I got no one to talk to ...so can only write in this forum to pour out my thoughts, if not I will go crazy le.  | |

Woman likes to share their emotions with someone. As long as the man is willing to listen or simply nod head as the woman babbles on, the woman very happy liao. Even if the guy offers no constructive comments. A simple remark like "You must have a hard time darling..." also enough. Coz woman just want to pour out their feelings to feel good. Men just have to act as a good listener.
Guys on the other hand, interpret differently. Everytime women wana express their emotions, guys think the woman is seeking for a solution to her problem. And after the guy listens and see no problem in what the woman says, they just laugh and think its nothing. No problem so no need solution then tell mi for what? Guys are just not as emotional as gals ya.
So TS, what ur hubby says may not be what u interpret as being "belittled". He prob see things differently as u only. So dun take it to heart. He still cares.

Shing, i beg to differ.. i believed i know wht she meant by belittled. Frankly, she need to speak to her husband abt this. Otherwise, gradually, her husband will find her nagging and marriage life may suffer.

That is why there's so-called 'friends'... When married, sometime will feel lonely or what esp when the other half unable to company you. Try find friends to company you... if less friend, then SGC is a good place to find friend... Most are sincere in here though... =)
