Whats wrong with my body

i need to lose weight. So when i eat healthy and go to the gym 3 times a week and run the threadmill i dont see any weight changes. After awhile i slack off ang eat junk food and stuff i lose weight and its even like 2kg, happen to me 2 times already

Are you really serious in losing weight permanently and not gaining it back? I got EXACTLY the same problem as you after I ORD in 2000. I even go to the gym like 4 times a week after work, I went for steambath and sweat like crazy... And I still gain weight, 10kg in 3 yrs....

It just shows your metabolism rate is dropping.

I had the same problem. Just finished my TRA program, not my metabolism rate maintained at 5 years younger than my real age..

its ok de its normal i use to gym frm 4 times to nw 2 times and over the months my weight increased but nw i 2 wks nv gym lost 5kg

therefore i think its normal
because muscle is heavier den fats

that is true... to lose fat is the more correct term to use. Unless you are a bodybuilder, you can weigh like 90kg and got 7% body fat. For your info the ideal body for a guy is 15-17% body fat. But for normal ppl, to lose your fat will also lose your weight.

You lose fats as a whole. You dont lose just tummy fats.. U seen people with rock solid abs but got flabby arms ands thighs? Haha

My mind just blew with these broscience.

Fats are separated as a whole. Meaning that if you're fat, your whole body will contain fats.
If your body is 15% fats means, it's your whole body not only the abs and you will look lean.

sorry hateshot, that's the funniest broscience I ever heard.

haha r u trying 2 tell me a joke or wat? gt solid abs n but gt flabby arms n thighs? FYI having flabby arms n thighs dun= fat. take a look at some ppl who r v fit but whn they relax thri arm n thighs r flabby but gt the shape n whn they flex its totally diff

My body fat is 10.2%...oh no...
If you look leaner, or your pants are getting looser and cant lose weight,dun worry. This means you lose body fat and gain muscle mass. Muscle mass is denser than fat mass.

Since u all dont understand my meaning,Or i use the wrong word. So lemme change the word flabby to fat instead. Ya i dont lift. But I do cardio and static exercise everyday, which burns body fats as a whole.

So if u see anyone with firm abs n fat limbs, den let me know cuz im quite curious how they manage to do it.

And i dunno y ur talking about lifting. The topic is how to lose weight. Not how to gain muscle mass by lifting.

it's so tough to face all the yummy food when we need to think about fats and muscles.
Anyone consider going to slimming centres? Anyone who can share their experience? At the rate i'm going, think i'm going to need a personal trainer at the gym or slimming consultant at Marie France and the likes very soon. Heh.

tts y i said its impossible to have fat limbs and hav firm abs at the same time. Therefore if ur having a firm abs, it means tt ur body is low in BF. And btw this tread is abt TS lifting but weight increase but weight decrease whn he stopped lifting. and not abt losing weight. is u gt the topic wrong.
