It may be difficult to adopt from SPCA as they followed the rules closely.
But there are plenty of kittens in the street, maybe can adopt one from there ;p

hmm, maybe can try. | If u want to get a stray, try those young kittens, easier to train. When I got mine, she was about 3weeks old estimated by the vet. Considerably clean looking, brought it to vet for de-worm. She is big, active & healthy till this day, 10yr old liao.
