Saw these in a website about coconut water, don't know true or not.
Here is some information about Coconut Water:

If i'm not wrong, MATURED coconuts(haven't mature ones are green) are not advisable to drink often. Because they contain fats or something.
Well, drinks from the nature are always the best! Forget the artificial stuff.

I know there's some side effect about consuming Coconut stuff. But anyway, I didn't know that it has this "cooling" effective towards such a large extent! Guess next time in kopitiam will drink Coconut water le. xD
