Why does eating fried food give me a sore throat?

For the least i know generally what is "heatiness" in TCM concept. But i cannot understand why eating these "heaty food" give me sore throat and other associated ailments?

I would really appreciate if someone can reconcile the eastern and the western medical explanation of why eating these food give me sore throat?

I'm thinking becos fried food makes your throat dry ? Like what too much chili would do.

when your throat is dry, it tends to get itchy.

it causes irritation to your throat.
sore throat = inflammation so perhaps fried food causes you to be like that

Im guessing that to the fact that viruses live on fats, as u know fried foods have a lot of oil which is a source of food for viruses to thrive in which viruses stick to the fats to live as they dun have a head or something to live therefore they cling onto the fats.

Antibiotics are given to just reduce the inflammation and kills off bacteria.

What about non oily throat scrapping food like Durain or Chocolate Syrup?

of course meh, in hot weather u try eating the following w/o drinking herbal tea or water see whether u get sore throat or not? like for ex, Nasi Lemak, Fried Chix Wings, western food. french fries, mcdonalds, fried carrot cake! confirm u no voice after eating all these stuff

I know this is common sense but I am curious for someone to explain this common sense.

it's due to those food being classified as "acidic" food. acidic food r good frens of bad bacteria n hence help them to multiply in our intestines. so during the battle of the gd n bad, resources will b used n waste will b created hence water is required to bring away e waste n oso b used to create more gd stuff to fight e evil.
