i think guys can give u a better answer than girls.. especially i'm kind of girl who dont like to make a first move when i like someone, lolz..
but most importantly is be yourself, u wont wish to get a guy to like you when you're not being your true-self.. and also be cheerful, happy, or fun when you around him.. nobody hates cheerful or fun person.
